Here is our “Online Movement” course developed in the 2022 pilot project. This course is the basis for further movement courses that will be added in the future. Here is a unique overview of various methods for better fitness. This course will be made permanently available to the general public free of charge!

  • Possibility of including courses in your personal timetable, so that you can enter and edit up to 2 course units per week
  • Reminder of your course session by email or SMS
  • Compatibility of your online timetable with all common online appointment planners (e.g. as a permanent appointment every Wednesday evening „mindfulness exercises“)
